Our design concept is focused on creating a warm, elegant, and inviting atmosphere for residents and guests. Our design plan for the spaces includes new furniture, fixtures, lighting, carpeting, and paint. The emphasis of our design plan is quality and longevity with finishes and items that are easy to maintain and durable throughout the 15-year renovation cycle of the building.
