Located in Sterling, VA, this 55 and older community is going through a several phase renovation consisting of corridors and lobby spaces. The first phase of the project aims to have the corridors completed this year with the changing of the carpet. Working within the parameters of the associations reserve budget, we have diligently created a plan to exceed visual expectations, raise property values, and maintain a high level of luxury while minimizing maintenance costs.
